I was happily walking through the vast halls of the 70th Annual EICMA Motorcycle Show in Milan, Italy, when lo and behold, I came across a huge Colnago booth. Colnago bicycles at a famous motorcycle show –
Never one to skimp on presentation, Colnago had a display more impressive than many of the motorcycle companies at the show.
The centerpiece of the Colnago booth was undoubtedly the K.Zero TT bike, featuring the name of Formula 1 Ferrari driver Fernando Alonso on the top tube, both sitting beneath a nose cone for Alonso’s race car.
Two names that are a big part of both two- and four-wheel racing history.
Following the popular trend of many TT bikes being developed, both the front and rear brakes are integrated into the frame. And, like many other TT bikes, the Colnago also relies on aerodynamic TRP brakes.
